How long will it take for my order to be made?
As a slow-fashion brand, each piece is handmade to order. Please allow 14-21 working days for your garment to be crafted before it is dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and have all tags attached. Please note that custom-length or bespoke adjustments are non-refundable.
How do I find my correct size?
We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up or contacting our team for personalized fit advice.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Since we begin processing fabric shortly after an order is placed, changes can only be made within 24 hours. Please email our support team immediately for any modifications.
